Study conducted between 2021 and 2023 at the Laboratory of Striated Muscle Cell and Molecular Biology (Department of Anatomy, University of São Paulo). The project aimed to investigate the effect of pharmacological inhibition of the E3 ligase MuRF1 as a potential strategy to promote muscle hypertrophy.
